Vessels: 1 x Hansa.

The Hansa is a small boat that can take 1 participant with leader.

This boat is adapted to have a joystick control instead of a regular tiller, it has a lightweight boom and participant can sit inside the boat side-by-side with leader. With a small set of sails and a heavy keel this boat is fast and very maneuverable but cannot turn over.

There are 30 of these boats in Ireland, it is sailed all over the world and is now a class in the Paralympic Sailing Programme.
